Education and Qualification:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

 Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a concept store or a similar environment.

 Strong understanding and appreciation of handmade products and artisan crafts.

 Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Creative and innovative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.

 Proficiency in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.

 Ability to travel internationally for fairs and events
