Job Title: Manager

Threshold Competencies

  • New Business Acquisition: Drive the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, including negotiating contracts, proposals, and partnerships. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, customer needs, and emerging trends. Use insights to develop targeted strategies for growth.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for business development activities. Forecast revenue and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Should have experience in dealing with C-suit employees and pitching sales to them.


Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, with at least experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of market analysis, business trends, and customer behaviors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
