Job Role: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell FSS platforms and solutions to potential clients in the retail banking and payments sector.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, building a solid network and generating leads for targeted FSS platforms.
- Assist in creating demand for FSS platforms through outreach and communication with prospective clients.
- Support in building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions, particularly at the CXO level.
- Provide support in gathering market and competitive intelligence related to FSS platforms and solutions.
- Collaborate with the FSS solution team to present proposals and tailored solutions to potential customers.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets, tracking performance, and meeting established KPIs.
- Communicate effectively with sales and business teams, providing timely updates and reports as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in a sales career, particularly in the banking, payments, or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of the banking and payments industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
