We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Website Content Manager & Media Coordinator. The roles and responsibilities are divided into two key areas:
A. Website Content Manager & CMS Specialist
As the Website Content Manager and CMS Specialist, the candidate will oversee the management of website content, ensuring it is always current and accurate, while also managing the CMS system to enhance customer engagement:
- Website Content Management: Regularly update website text, images, offers, promotions, news, and other relevant content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Tenant Listings Management: Add or remove tenant listings as needed, including frequent updates to tenant working hours.
- Event Content Management: Add new events to the website, including managing customer registration processes, uploading text and images, and coordinating SMS and email communications.
- SEO and SEM Expertise: Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices to optimize website content for better search engine rankings. Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner) and performance analytics.
- Web Menu Updates: Maintain and update menus for all F&B brands accessible via QR codes in respective restaurants and cafés.
- Event Buffet Menu Updates: Update and maintain accurate buffet menus for events as requested.
- Email Campaigns via CRM: Create HTML email templates and execute email campaigns for ALHAZM and Alemadi Enterprise using CRM tools.
B. Delivery Platform and Software Support Coordinator
- Document Collection for Registration: Gather and provide necessary documentation for registration and compliance with delivery platforms.
- Contract Renewal Management: Manage and oversee the renewal of contracts with delivery partners to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Menu Management for Delivery Platforms: Submit and maintain menus, including images, based on platform-specific requirements.
- Promotional Campaigns on Delivery Platforms: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales on delivery platforms.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery platform representatives to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Menu Updates Across Platforms: Regularly update and maintain menus for ALHAZM’s F&B brands on various delivery platforms.
- Team Training and Support: Train and support team members on effectively managing delivery platforms.
- Website Coordination: Collaborate with the software support team to implement website modifications or introduce new features as needed.
- New Website Development: Work with the software team to create new websites, providing relevant content and guidance during the development process.
- Media Department Support: Assist the software support team with any media-related requests or requirements.
