As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of our company by finding and retaining clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales targets. Responsibilities:

Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by ARCON to become an expert in our offerings.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns, opening doors for new business engagements.

Attend networking activities and events to research and connect with potential clients.

Craft business proposals and contracts, demonstrating your ability to draw in more revenue from clients.

Work closely with senior team members to learn and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to deal closure.

Review clients' feedback and provide valuable insights to implement necessary changes that exceed their expectations.

Stay up-to-date with trends in consumption and market changes to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.


Requirements:

A passion for business development and sales is highly desired.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in sales.

An IT software security solution company background is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Strong communication and networking skills, allowing you to build relationships and connect with potential clients.

Ability to identify pain points and suggest suitable products or services to generate revenue.

You are intuitive, insightful, and eager to learn about human behavior and business dynamics.

A professional yet affable is position, with a neat and well-groomed appearance.

Resourceful with outstanding research skills, always seeking ways to enhance sales strategies.

Enthusiastic about taking on challenges and determined to excel in your role.

Local language linguistic skills will be considered an added value.
