RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate computer-aided design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals to enhance presentations.
• Contribute to the exploration and presentation of innovative design concepts for clients or managers.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, or graphic designers to refine space planning and design intricacies.
• Apply textures and employ effective lighting techniques to enhance model realism.
• Develop 3D models from architectural plans, preliminary sketches, or real-world objects using specialized rendering software.
• Elevate visual appeal by creatively enhancing images and incorporating special effects.
• Craft immersive 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs in artistic contexts.

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
