RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dimensional Control Measurements:
- Perform regular measurements, checks, and alignments of offshore structures, vessels, and equipment using specialized equipment (e.g., total stations, laser scanners, and leveling instruments). Ensure that all dimensions comply with design specifications and project requirements.
- Surveying & Reporting:
- Conduct dimensional surveys and compile accurate reports on measurement findings. Ensure all data is recorded and reported in a timely and clear manner to the engineering team and project managers.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Verify that all measurement results comply with offshore project quality standards, engineering drawings, and regulatory requirements. Ensure that dimensional tolerances are adhered to and help prevent structural deviations during the installation phase.
- Equipment Calibration & Maintenance:
- Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and operational integrity. Report any malfunctions or issues with the equipment and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Promote a culture of safety and compliance on-site and ensure safe handling of all equipment.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field (or equivalent offshore certification)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Dimensional Control Technician, specifically in offshore environments or similar industrial settings.
- OFFSHORE experience is mandatory
