As a direct sales executive, the person needs to work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, promote products and services with aim of maximizing profits.
Role Accountabilities:
· Greet customers, respond to questions, inform about new products and services, and provide outstanding customer service.
· Handle customer complaints and provide on time resolutions
· Achieve monthly set sales targets and increase store sales
· Stay updated with current product knowledge and be aware on-going promotions
· Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.
· Ensure all price sticker and price tickets are updated with the latest prices.
· Complete and maintain daily reports as required
· Adhere to Shop and Salesperson standards set
· Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
