Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Progressive Trading in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of all products marketed under Progressive Trading, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will oversee the sales team and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will oversee leading a team of Sales Assistants and Technicians, and you will be reporting to the Business Development Manager of the Company.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
  • Building and maintaining client relationships by engaging regularly with Clients
  • Achieving Sales Targets set by Management
  • Coordinating with Sales and Site Team to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitoring all the tenders published online/newspapers
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales update reports to be presented to Management
  • Willingness to handle other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Sales of equipment or related products
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, lawn care and agricultural products is a plus


Requirements:

  • Valid driving license
  • Qatari Residency or GCC
  • Fluent in oral and written Arabic and English, other languages are a plus.
