Loyalty Partnership Specialist

As a Loyalty Partnership Specialist (Financial Institutions), you will responsible to serve as primary lead for non-airline loyalty partnerships. You will be also responsible for grow and maintain the non-airline portfolio of partners within the assigned vertical. 

Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership, lead Business Development efforts, assist with Privilege Club projects and work with various cross-functional teams to fulfil your objectives.  Focus on driving non-air penetration globally, improve customer engagement and profitability as well as responsible to achieve annual revenue targets.

Key Accountabilities include –

·       Participate in developing partnership strategy through design of optimal collaboration models with relevant non-airline partners that create new member benefits, improve earn velocity, provide new redemption choices and grow revenues.

·       Increase non-air penetration % through well-defined business plans and leveraging local QR teams to increase revenue and engagement in key markets in Europe, US, ISC, APAC and GCC.

·       To develop and project manage various loyalty product offerings (benefits, campaigns etc.) through interactions with various stakeholders - internal and external.

·       To seek new and viable non-air partners through networking and sales calls that can bring value to joint members or customers.

·       To showcase merits of new partnership proposals through effective presentations and detailed business case that will gain senior management approvals.

·       To manage various stakeholders through detailed meetings, information exchange and discussions on commercial terms - customer value propositions, mileage pricing, acquisition and engagement plans.  

·       Account manage (client servicing) the portfolio of partners that are assigned, and to closely work with partners to ensure that growth is achieved year on year.

·       Influence key partnerships decisions through careful negotiations and contractual discussions to ensure win-win for QR and partners.

·       Perform detailed financial analysis and discuss with related stakeholders on the business case

·       Review legal documents, liaising regularly with Legal and Contract teams to ensure compliance to standard business policies and practices.

·       Coordinate the launch pipeline of new partner products and services in close discussion with Loyalty Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to achieve maximum publicity and exposure.

·       Track monthly Avios purchases by partners adjusting business plans when needed to ensure yearly revenue targets will be met.

·       Influence key account partners in the assigned vertical to run joint offers, spend/awareness campaigns and targeted communication to enhance value to customers and promote new customer acquisitions.

·       Conduct post-implementation review of recent partner launches to assess level of effort and resources against results and plan better for future launches.

Qualifications

About You

We are hiring for an experienced professional to join our Loyalty team.

·       Bachelor’s degree is essential

·       4+ years job related experience in loyalty financial partnerships

·       7+ years of overall experience

·       Well versed with Microsoft excel and PowerPoint

·       Experience in Customer Loyalty Programs.

·       Possess effective communication skills to coordinator and negotiate with key stakeholders.

·       Proven experience to analyse complex data and creates insightful presentations/dashboard meant for data driven
