Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategies and drive meaningful engagement with our audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will manage our online presence, develop impactful campaigns, and analyze data to continually optimize our performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform. (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging multimedia content (images, videos, and text).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to enhance visibility
Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual – English & Arabic).
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
