Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Doha, Qatar. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, displaying phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Phone Etiquette skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools
- Fluency in both of Arabic & English languages is a must
- NOC is a must.
