We are recruiting for Senior Revenue Management Analyst for Brisbane, Australia.
The selected candidate will review and examines Revenue Management related data concerning passenger booking velocity, inventory availability, pricing, group requests and, based on a specific appointment, takes decisions affecting Pricing, Demand, Flight Inventory, Groups or Alliances and Global Pricing Products. Plays a key role through high frequency and targeted decision making that affects Qatar Airways competitiveness and ability to deliver its revenue goals and objectives.
Accountabilities:
· Gather, monitor and analyse a broad spectrum of data and insights to identify trends required to take revenue management decisions appropriate to the assigned areas.
· Execute scenario modelling to analyse potential revenue impact of changes to interline/ codeshare fares and rules.
· Provide data analysis that supports development of the interline policies and offline pricing strategies/ plans that optimize generation of interline passenger revenues for Qatar Airways
· Monitor and manage route demand forecast. Analyse cancellation forecasts and ensure measures are implemented to reflect the correct decrements on the rout.
· Evaluate the operational impact pf political, societal, economic, environmental, competitive or other disturbances summarizing the impact and possible counter measures for managerial decision making.
· Work with Revenue Management Specialists, Solutions teams and others to deliver on daily/ weekly processes, for example regular reviews of demand or competitive benchmarking, using decision support tools such as PROS, Amadeus RAAV, RM Group Systems, Pricing systems to set controls.
· Use analytical tools and decision support systems to deliver quality pricing, availability and passenger acceptance controls to meet revenue objectives and service expectations.
· Learn and adapt to new solutions that deliver quality, analytical, decision making in areas such as pricing, demand influences or group acceptance and improve, for example, how RM manages spill, spoilage or runaway O&Ds.
· Maintain deep understanding of the market, working with the other stakeholders including MPA teams, to gather insights on market size, demand and pricing, both offline/ interline, where such insights result in creating fare products, and price and availability decision making
· Understanding and interpreting strategies set by management team in order to implement and regulate the airlines priced availability.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
· Previous experience in an airline practicing point of sale and origin & destination controls.
· Advanced analytical ability and strong understanding of mathematical and economic concepts as related to revenue management and pricing
· Strong attention to detail and creative problem solving.
· Knowledge of Airline pricing and revenue management systems and tools
· Advanced ability in use of MS Office and able to independently manipulate data sources to create actionable analysis and/or reports.
