Accountant

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Handling and Supervising Payroll processing, Leave Salary, and calculation of Final Settlements.
  • Monthly and year-end finalization, interact with Internal and External Auditors in compiling audits
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments and able to deliver invoices to our clients
  • Managing all the reporting on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  •  Auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of working experience as an Accountant/ Senior Account
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables as well as other Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree, training and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
