  1. To answer the calls and help customers regarding their enquires.
  2. Ensure to deliver high quality service.
  3. Ensure to increase the base of customers by building trust of customers and offering products and services.
  4. Responsibility to deal with customers directly, electronically or over the phone and respond to their enquiries at the earliest.
  5. Responsible to provide information regularly about policy and procedures of the customer services.
  6. Responsible to completely check and clarify the issues and problems of the customers.
  7. Understand and implement policies to increase sales by targeting potential and profitable clients..
  8. Understand and apply all policy and procedures and professional ethics, incentives regulations.


Skills

  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  2. Good knowledge of banking regulations.
  3. Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
  4. Good communication in English and Arabic.
  5. Preferable native Arabic Speaker.
