service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
●Customer Service & Sales Management:
●Greet and welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive
experience.
●Handle sales transactions, issue job cards, and brief technicians on
assigned tasks.
●Provide timely updates to customers on service progress, respond to
calls, and manage communication via WhatsApp.
●Prepare and send accurate job estimates and negotiate effectively to
close sales.
●Supplier & Inventory Coordination:
●Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely
procurement of parts.
●Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and reduce costs,
optimizing profitability.
●Coordinate with delivery drivers to collect parts from suppliers efficiently.
●Operational & Job Management:
●Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to assign job cards, monitor
workflow, and ensure timely completion of services.
