The Landscape Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing landscape projects from inception to completion. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of landscaping projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape design and construction, and the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Agriculture Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in landscape project management or related roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, planting, and hardscape installation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Landscape Industry Certified (LIC), or similar credentials (preferred).

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
