System Support Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible to maintain database in MSD system used by QR Corporate Customer Care and record assignments/re-assignments of cases, which includes (but not limited to) /Executive Management escalations, Social Media posts, Skytrax posts amongst other Admin tasks.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

  • Prioritise assignments and registration of Social Media posts including escalations for higher management ensuring the cases are communicated and actioned by concerned in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain a record of escalations for Executive Management and Case Brief Reports  Also, identify, register and compile vital reports received through various internal channels and ensure availability for the department/management information.
  • Respond to on-board Medical Assistance forms to ensure such forms are complete in all aspects and perform routine checks on missing emails, cases and approvals and ensure all such information is kept available at all times.
  • Perform support related duties to run the department functions smoothly on a daily basis, handle a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the administrative function of the office and tactfully handle enquiries and refer to appropriate personnel/department.
  • Independently manage multiple tasks and assigned projects whilst respecting deadlines and simultaneously ensuring the integrity of all information and data.
  • Handle cases based on severity and respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Correctly, use tools/systems provided for investigation to assist line manager with early case closures.

Qualifications

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Knowledge of computer applications under MS office.
  • Have admin experience.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Microsoft dynamics, Oracle and Amadeus application.
