The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our agriculture and crop production business in Doha, Qatar. This position involves strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, retail, and wholesale sectors, with a focus on optimizing productivity and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  3. Oversee inventory management, including procurement, storage, and distribution of agricultural products.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  5. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in operations.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
