Job Summary
- The Site Supervisor manages civil construction of projects including all civil , building, structural engineering and land surveying activities. Handle end to end projects encompassing planning, design, estimation, scope definition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects and laying down of quality standards.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluate the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Job Knowledge & Skills
Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, techniques, and methodologies, including knowledge of structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
Proficiency in project management concepts and practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to effectively plan, execute, and monitor construction projects.
Strong technical skills in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, and familiarity with construction software and tools for accurate project analysis and documentation.
Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose effective solutions in a dynamic construction environment, demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills to overcome challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring project objectives are met.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
