Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Lead to oversee the successful implementation and integration of an ERP system across the TBG Group of Companies. This role is key in ensuring the seamless integration and effective use of ERP solutions to optimize business operations and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ERP implementation, project management, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP System Implementation:
- Lead the preparation of ERP bid documents and project plans.
- Oversee ERP system implementation, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements.
2. Project Management:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
3. Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver user training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users.
4. System Maintenance & Updates:
- Monitor system performance, apply updates, and ensure data security and integrity.
5. Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, ensuring quality service and support.
6. Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze business processes and align ERP capabilities to optimize operations.
7. Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate reports to provide insights on business performance and ERP effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:
- ERP Expertise: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
- Project Management: Strong skills in managing projects, budgets, and timelines (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred).
- System Integration: Expertise in integrating ERP systems with existing business processes and IT infrastructure.
- Data Management: Understanding of data migration, database management, and system optimization.
- Business Analysis: Ability to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and evaluating third-party solutions.
- Change Management: Experience in driving change within an organization and managing system adoption.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications preferred.
