- Lead and manage passenger and baggage screening operations, ensuring compliance with international security standards.
- Conduct quality control audits to ensure adherence to practices and procedures.
- Provide training and safety information to a multilingual team as a certified First Aid instructor.
- Oversee and monitor X-ray screening operations, ensuring certified standards are upheld.
- Implement and enforce health & safety regulations in the workplace.
- Prepare detailed reports using MS Office and other reporting tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Manage team performance through effective communication, motivation, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma in security or a relevant field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years in a similar role or capacity.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in passenger and baggage screening as a certified X-ray Screener.
- At least 1 year of experience as a certified First Aid instructor, delivering training to multilingual staff.
Skills

- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of passenger security, screening procedures, and quality assurance.
