Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with the organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of internal talent for key positions.
  • Analyze workforce trends and identify talent gaps, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key competencies and skills needed for future organizational success.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that enhance employee capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular assessments of talent management processes, making adjustments based on feedback and industry best practices.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that encourages diverse talent acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Create communication strategies to promote career development opportunities within the organization.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure effective implementation of talent management practices.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years and maximum 15 years of experience in HR management roles, with a strong focus on talent management and succession planning.
  • Experience working in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing talent strategies that drive organizational performance.
  • Experience in implementing HR technology solutions to support talent management initiatives.
