Duties and Responsibilities of a Retail Leasing Consultant:
• Become an expert on our property portfolio, understanding the unique features and benefits of each space.
• Proactively build relationships with potential tenants, showcasing Coreo's retail offerings as the perfect fit for their business needs.
• Conduct property tours, effectively communicating the value proposition to generate leasing interest.
• Navigate the full leasing cycle, from initial introductions to final documentation and handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both tenants and Coreo.

Skills
Qualifications for a Property Consultant:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably with a focus on retail spaces.
• Any nationality. M/F
• Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets and achieving successful client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of retail market trends and tenant needs.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Locally available in Qatar
• Immediate joining with valid QID, QDL and NOC.
