  • Foster a positive community and build meaningful connections with the audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience targeting.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Propose innovative ideas to keep the brand (or clients) ahead of the curve.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer support, to align social media activities with broader business objectives.
  • Work closely with clients (if applicable) to ensure expectations are met.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, either in-house or for an agency.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
