Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree of engineering in computer, Telecommunication technology and Information Technology, Electrical and electrics engineering or Information system.

Skills

Has to have technical and business skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong project management skills

Specialized technical expertise and broader IT/Telecom knowledge

Compliance to risk, security, and continuity management principles

Knowledge of State of Qatar CCTV & AC standards

Knowledge of ITU CCTV & ACS standards

Experience

5 years’ plus experience in IT/Telecom (CCTV and ACS)

Full knowledge about MOI law 901 related to CCTV

Full knowledge about MOE requirement related to ACS & CCTV

MOI certification requirement is needed as certified engineer working on CCTV

Competent knowledge in core skills application, tools, PMP, technical skills and techniques

Conversant with relevant IT/Telecom national and international standards

Demonstrated experience in project management.

Demonstrated experience in IT/Telecom support environment.

Demonstrated experience on reading blueprints.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Provide inputs and update Scope of works / Technical definition related to AKS and AKC projects.

Appraise the respective engineering deliverables.

Evaluate Material Requests for respective discipline (CCTV & ACS)

Review resolution /issues of technical queries during engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Periodic Site visits as required.

Manage / Co-ordinate Construction supervision and readiness for inspection and feedback to QA/QC and PM/PE.

Coordination of Construction Meetings (Progress, Schedule, and Scope Change).

Certification

MOI certification is needed as certified engineer can design CCTV system as per MOI law-901 requirement.

Support certification on PMP

Support certification on CCTV system and ACS.

Location

Will be working at RasLaffan, AKC and AKS

Other requirements

Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and environment and Quality polices, regulations and standards.
