• Dispatch and maintain records of equipments as per the requirement.
• Inventory of lifting tackles and maintain the records
• Maintaining equipments time card for invoicing/payments
• Control all the documents for operations and manpower
• Checking the validity of the relevant certificate and prepare the report
• Adherence to all company and client specific QHSE policies
• Adherence to all company and ISO and Operating Procedures as defined
• Follow-up of Divisional internal/external QHSE training with the QHSE department.
• Ensure safe work practices pertaining to the task.
• Ensure daily toolbox meeting and provide accurate mission/task information.
• Implement, monitor and correct defects identified on the Daily Equipment Safety Checklist before commencing.
• Reporting of incidents and raise incident report (PIR) with accurate incident information and supporting evidence.
• Reporting of client complaints and corrective actions.
• Provision of PPE and staff adherence.
• Monitor and maintain Fire extinguishers and First Aid Kit for the facility and equipment.
• QHSE surveillance observations, audit findings, recommendation on incident outcomes and client recommendation must be implemented in coordination with QHSE representatives.
• Promote safety culture and deter and stop unsafe acts.
Skills
• Preferably Diploma in any engineering discipline
• Preferably 2 Years experience in relevant role
• Computer knowledge; Mobile and heavy equipment knowledge, communication, patience, deal with employees of multi-cultural backgrounds, Leadership
• Excellent communication skills
