• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery maintenance.

Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery and diesel engines, including troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain cost control over workshop operations.
• In-depth knowledge of workshop safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when issues arise.
• Proficiency in using workshop management software or systems for tracking repairs, inventory, and scheduling.
