Job Accountabilities:

• Responsibility for the collection of all Logistics HSE reporting.
• Providing cross department (Aviation/Marine/Supply Base & Port) technical and analytical support for Logistics HSE, contractor management and departmental HSE KPI’s.
• Coordination of the HSE reporting interfaces between the logistics entities (Aviation/Marine/Supply Base & Port)
• Monitor HSE performance of all contractors.
• Take the lead and responsibility for Logistics HSE statistical data collection
• Support the development of, and monitor, the HSE performance KPI’s for all Logistics contracts
• Prepare the weekly, monthly quarterly and annual department HSE performance reports for the management
• Administration of Synergi and managing the Observation, E-Observation tools.
• Contribute to Supplier Performance Evaluation, SQM’s (Service Quality Meetings) and reporting.
• participant in service contractor audits and preparation of audit reports with case follow up.
• Consolidate of Land Transport safety reports including IVMS report

Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree or technical diploma qualification
• Experience: Minimum 3-years experience in a related Oil & Gas Logistics environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate and be able to prepare high quality detailed reports and presentations. MS Office Suite, SAP experience required, MS Project,
• Very strong analytical skills
