Your Role and Commitment
As a part-time instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality instruction in Computer Hardware, Linux, and Networking courses. Your teaching approach will draw from CompTIA A+, CISCO Academy CCNA guidelines, theoretical Top-Down approach of OSI model, and Redhat or Ubuntu system guide, helping students develop both foundational and advanced competencies in IT. Responsibilities include:
- Teaching & Instruction: Deliver effective lessons in Computer Hardware, Linux administration, and Network Fundamentals, ensuring alignment with CISCO CCNA standards and a Top-Down approach to networking.
- Student Engagement: Create a dynamic, hands-on learning environment that fosters student engagement and skill application through labs, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
- Collaboration: Work with the Head of Department, Dean, and faculty to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the department's academic and administrative functions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience teaching or working in Computer Hardware, Linux, and Networking (CISCO CCNA preferred).
- Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Information Technology from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of CISCO network protocols, Top-Down Network Design principles, and Linux system administration and computer architecture.
- Experience with applied learning approaches and integrating technology into the classroom.
- Familiarity with instructional technology and lab environments.
