· Work in close coordination with internal BUs to assess and assist first line BU controls implementation.
· Work in close coordination with RAFM support team to design/implement respective second line RA controls.
· Act as focal for all 1st line BU controls communication and coordination
· Responsible for communicating periodic status reports to RAFM Management and escalating potential issues as appropriate.
· Evaluate proposed changes to the IT architecture and make recommendations for implementing various controls.
· Ability to design, build and implement RA controls independently.
· Routinely respond to reports generated by supporting Revenue Assurance applications or platforms
· Conduct regular reconciliation exercises between source and target platforms.
· Analyze anomalies in report findings, identify root causes and report to stakeholders for the further resolution of such issues.
· Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of services, products and price plans offered; perform risk analysis of the same and be focused on identification of cost savings & opportunities.
· Ability to present facts and figures and prepare reports on a regular basis within short notice periods.
Skills
· 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, IT design and solution.
· Good knowledge in the areas of CRM, Charging, Billing and Mediation.
· Good problem solving & analytical thinking in a variable environment.
· Good knowledge in Oracle Database
· Good development skills in SQL/PL SQL, Unix and Python
