Key Job Accountabilities

•   Responsible to provide administrative support to the project team.

•   Manage all CTR / Sub CTR gate pass, material pass, camera permits management

•   Manage & Coordinate all 3rd Party Communications

•   Facilities Management Support (Canteen, FOC, Temporary site offices)

•   NFS Commercial register management and coordination

•   Manage day to day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files and handling correspondence.

•   Act as the point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders.

•   Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.

•   General IT maintenance of files, and document preparation

Skills

Qualifications

•   Any Bachelor Degree or 3 years Diploma as minimum


Knowledge and Key Skills

•   Must have 10 years minimum work experience as general administrator or Secretary or Technical Assistant.

•   Proficient Information Technology (IT) skills.

•   Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.

•   Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and other industry utilised databases.
