Job Summary

we are looking for a dynamic candidate who will be focusing on enhancing retail business performance by leveraging existing and new data sources for strategic analysis that aligns with organizational goals. It supports growth opportunities in Credit Cards and other products, monitors their performance, and develops advanced analytics capabilities to drive business growth and profit optimization. Additionally, it involves conducting statistical analyses, collaborating with credit and collections units to assess lending portfolio performance, and consistently improving reporting and analysis to adapt to business needs.

Key Accountabilities

•   To support the retail business through all efforts that drive retail business performance and potential by using the existent and new data sources and strategic analysis in line with organizational objectives

•   To supports the segment priorities for growth opportunities across Credit Cards and other products, support to implement the plan and measure the outcome and performance

•   Monitor the performance of Credit Cards to evolve key priorities to maintain the quality of retail exposure in line with performance.

•   Support to develop analytics capabilities ranging from organizational business intelligence to advanced analytics models for the propose of business growth and profit optimization

•   Act as a critical observer to make sure the accuracy and effectiveness in the ongoing operation and development of automation and digitization processes in Retail business to improve the Turnaround time and client experience

•   Conduct statistical analysis and review on the retail product's performance and present that analysis to the line manager and other business heads as and when necessary 

•   Consistently work with retail credit and retail collection units to review the lending portfolio performance and to understand any adverse trends in early stages that may impact the product profitability 

•   To consistently look to enhance the depth and sophistication of existing reporting and to design and deliver additional regular and ad hoc analysis/reports as the business imperatives require

•   Develop at least one new MI/ model/ recommendation in each quarter in the area of business growth and profit optimization, whilst maintaining a high-quality asset book 

Other Accountabilities


Credit Cards and other retail products growth opportunities

•   Focus on data mining and analytics to identify potential growth opportunities from the existing retail customer regime

•   Work with Credit Risk teams to maximize exposure of the existing lending portfolios of Credit Cards, but can be extended to other retail products as well 

•   Support to develop data systems and processes to allocate pre-approved credit lines to all eligible retail customers through digital channels

•   Work for the development of retail product programs and marketing campaigns driven by data analytics and market intelligence

•   Conduct sourcing mix and approval rate analysis and review the origination of new asset book to identify and understand the segment level concentrations 

•   Support to develop extensive Champion/Challenger strategies to identify and test new customer segments and areas of business opportunities.

 

 Profit Optimization and Risk Control;

•   Develop profitability data and analytics models to constantly track the product performance to develop strategies to improvise income and profitability 

•   Review the behavioral patterns of Loans portfolio from origination to maturity to identify areas of improvement for profit optimization 

•   Develop strategies and methods to maximize asset growth opportunities by differentiating customer segment by risk matrix in terms of exposure and tenor.  


Intelligent Business - Digitization;

•   Continuously monitor and analyze the data quality to identify areas to improve accuracy of customer information in the banking systems throughout customer life cycle 

•   Work with IT and CBIU teams to develop systems and processes to monitor the changes in customer profile and demographics that may benefit the bank for identifying and utilizing consistently changing business opportunities from profile updates as well as for a proactive control on credit losses from deterioration in the profile

•   Contribute to execute the organization's long-term strategy of fully digitized credit granting process

•   Support to implement data driven business intelligence for pre-approved limits for all eligible population in the bank

 

Compliance;

•   Taking the lead in compliance activity and implement an escalation procedure for the reporting and resolution of specific breaches of policy, key risk issues and control failings and weaknesses.

•   Provide adequate training and guidance to the team members and develop back up plan.

•   Adherence to agreed SLAs on agreed reporting requirements.

•   Laying down streamlined and smooth workflow procedures.

•   Adherence to governance standards and audit findings.

 


Skills

Qualifications & Experiences:

Required Qualifications: University Degree in Business or equivalent.

Required Experience: Finance ,Thorough knowledge in Credit Cards lifecycle management ,Retail Banking products,Data analytics,Retail Credit policies,excel ,power point etc.
