Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
2. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
3. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis to management.
5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
6. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
7. Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
