- Proficiency in SAP ERP:
- Strong experience in utilizing SAP for procurement processes.
- Services Management Expertise:
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) such as firefighting services, hood cleaning, HVAC, and related services.
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and service providers.
- Material Management:
- Expertise in procuring and managing Kitchen OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) and kitchen equipment for large-scale operations.
- Ability to identify, source, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management:
- Strong skills in negotiating with suppliers and contractors to achieve favorable terms and ensure continuous supply at competitive prices.
- Experience in developing long-term partnerships with key suppliers and managing performance KPIs.
- Compliance and Quality Control:
- Familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements related to catering equipment and services.
- Ability to ensure that all procurement activities adhere to safety, regulatory, and legal standards.
- Leadership and Communication Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in leading procurement projects, driving cost savings, and improving procurement efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet business needs.
- Total Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the catering industry or a closely related field.
