Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level IT Support professional to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving IT-related issues efficiently and effectively
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications used by the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with network setup and configuration to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain detailed records of IT support activities, including issue resolution and system performance
- Work closely with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions to recurring problems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all IT support activities
- Educate employees on best practices for using IT equipment and software
