We are launching a brand-new company that will provide home care study for VIP/VVIP customers where we will cater to educational needs of young children aged 1-3 years at home.

About You

A passionate educator who will provide leadership, direction and management of the company. You will establish, evaluate and develop the academic aims and standards of the company in partnership with students, staff, governors and parents. You will manage the performance of the staff and ensure that quality educational programs take place in a safe, positive and healthy learning environment. You will be expert in developing curriculum to cater to needs of 1-3 years old children.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in education from a recognized University
• 5-8 years of prior relevant experience in Education, holding managerial post such as EYFS Head/Nursery Manager
• Knowledge of the local laws as per Ministry of Education, Qatar
• Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation experience
• Budget Management and Timelines coordination skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving abilities
