The HR Director oversees all aspects of human resources, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The role leads HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities 1
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development.
Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Oversee HR data management, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems.
Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership and department heads.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.

Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
Education
- Master's degree in Human Resource
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
