Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Medical Representative with 4 to 6 years of work experience to join our team in Doha. This full-time position is tasked with promoting our diverse range of healthcare products to medical professionals, ensuring a strong market presence, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer relationship management capabilities (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent presentation skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective communication skills to liaison with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales and secure contracts.
  • Effective time management to handle various tasks and clients efficiently.
  • Proficient in market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Raf Health Care's wide range of pharmaceuticals, nutrition products, and medical supplies to healthcare professionals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  • Provide detailed information and presentations on products to healthcare providers.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to network and promote our brand.
