The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will be responsible for execution of the sales strategy, business development and marketing of the CME’s solutions to the targeted client bases.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients and the overall profitability of the restaurant unit
- Establish productive & professional relationships with key people in assigned customer accounts
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
- Proactively assess, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Partner with internal departments including Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain teams to accurately forecast availability of products / stock as per customer requirements
- Produce reports as and when required including creating presentations to internal stakeholders
- Understanding Chef Middle East’s Foodservice business and product range
- Mapping and analysing relevant restaurants thereby enhancing sales growth
- Generation of channel marketing material in cooperation with other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with the strategic/commercial/sales role - preferably from a medium to large size company.
- End-user experience and insight with the work processes, products and requirements of a restaurant kitchen is an added advantage
- Good understanding of B2B customer relations
- Relevant commercial education - preferably at Master level
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills - positive team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in either French, Italian, or Spanish.
