OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB


This individual contributing role works towards achieving set monthly targets in the assigned routes in line with company and principal objectives. Works with specified defined set guidelines such as fixed journey plan, availability model and specific sales initiatives. Decision making limited to immediate and everyday issues, and works within specifically defined division and principal guidelines and procedures.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Establish good relationship with customer network ·

  • Ensure distribution of the products

  • Merchandising stock · Stock rotation & collections

  • Support new product introductions

  • Operate efficiently allocating proper time for each customer

  • Update the data base of Trade Assets

  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive competition activity report.

  • Provide leave coverage when required

  • Analyses and reports new store openings

  • When required mentors new sales team members ·

  • Improvement of Share of Shelf and excellence in marketing execution of activities ·

  • Provides feedback to the next level on the distribution issues.

Skills

REQUIREMENTS



  • High School Graduate

  • 2 to 3 years' Experience in FMCG Industry

  • Qatari Driving license is mandatory

  • Bilingual is a plus
