Quality of Service Researcher

Job Purpose

To assist in the development of key performance indicators and service quality standards for ICT services and to prepare data for publication on the website in relation to the ICT sector operating system. The incumbent will also be responsible for conducting research on similar functions to measure the performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze information collected from various applications.

2. Analyze reports issued within the department by the Consumer Awareness and Research Section and the Consumer Protection and Complaints Section, identifying different trends and recurring patterns in the analysis of reports.

3. Prepare reports that highlight the performance of service providers based on the standards and regulations set by the department

4. Assist the Service Quality Monitoring Specialist in conducting regular field measurements

5. Assist the Service Quality Monitoring Specialist in selecting the fixed service in coordination with the Technical Affairs Department

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Telecommunications or related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulatory entity in the ICT and/or Postal sector(s).
