Bachelor Degree with minimum total work experience of 6-8 years as Business Analyst. Airline or hospitality or retail industry knowledge is an added advantage. Strong understanding of Agile methodology Scrum and Kanban and Proven experience of at least 3 years as Business Analyst in Agile environment. Proficiency in using Agile project/product management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent solution creation skills. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their requirements. Ability to work with development teams to understand business requirements. Ability to support the product owner with decision-making processes. Adherence to quality and process compliance. Must be a quick learner and ability to switch domain and adapt to changes
