ROLE PURPOSE:
Classified & Services Coordinator will be responsible to provide administrative support and coordinate the Classifieds & Services section in gaining and retaining customers. The Classifieds & Services Coordinator will also be responsible for overseeing the moderation of pages, handling customer inquiries and concerns, performing data entry, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance, account statuses, and other problems.
- Submit the Sales plan as per the set objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
- Generate leads, communicate with them and convert the leads to sales.
- Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness daily by,
a. Outdoor meetings
b. Indoor Meetings
c. Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Communicate with inter departments and supporting with task related to C&S.
- Identify the clients who show inclination towards the product but did not purchase it and follow up. Propose special deal and offering.
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate and send Request of Proposal (RFP) quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract and bring client onboard with Classified and Services.
- Have a Clear understanding on business trends and customer behavior cycle.
- Educate clients & Users on guidelines on posting an advertisement on the website.
- Upselling and cross selling products and services related to C&S.
- Initiative-taking on aftersales and providing prompt solutions to users.
- Handle customer issues and complaints address to them clearly.
- Maintain the record and inform the Management of contacted and not contacted leads and ensure that they are recorded into a personal and automated follow-up processes.
- Update all sales related data on CRM.
- Conduct competitor analysis, data and market research.
- Suggest and implement innovative marketing strategies with the content team.
- Implement promotions, discounts, and vouchers to boost and generate sales growth.
- Support HOD with day-to-day tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
a. Sales calls
b. Monthly Sales Pipeline
c. Closed sales
d. Follow-up activities
e. Sales expense report.
f. Presentations
g. Sales meeting report (new Business)
h. Daily signed contract report
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required.
