Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Destination Manager at Al Jaber DMC in Doha, Qatar. The role involves developing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships with stake holders, and expanding the company's market presence in the global travel industry. The Destination Manager will be responsible for driving sales, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Multilingual preferred
- Experience in business development and account management
- Knowledge of Qatar travel and tourism industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
