Transformation Specialist

About the role

Our rapidly expanding Cargo department is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Transformation team as a Transformation Specialist.

In this role, you will be focusing on identifying gaps in current business processes and propose areas of improvements. You will act as problem solver, change maker, and an enabler in understanding and implementing change management and organizational dynamics.

Additionally, you will support the Management in delivering process improvement projects to achieve operational efficiency and transformational change with visible benefits to QR strategic goals.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:

  • Manage data collation and analysis to develop insights from the problem statement.
  • Perform analyses on the issues and the interlinkages with existing processes
  • Create high quality, visually engaging and impactful presentation for C-level executives
  • Lead strategic project assigned by management
  • Develop a plan of action for these issues ranging from new processes, new business model, realignment of existing processes to removing of non-value adding tasks.
  • Facilitate the distribution of implementation plan to the respective team and to ensure full completion.
  • Adopt lean / agile principles and project management wherever possible to enhance the capability of the designated business units.
  • Drive project outcomes and inspire change across all teams
  • Perform stakeholder management and frequent interactions with key executive/business owner across the impacted segments of the organization.
  • Collaborate with enabler functions to facilitate the introduction of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 4 years of job-related experience
  • Preferred previous experience in airline, logistics, supply chain and consultancy industries  
  • Experience leading cross functional projects. This would include projects related to business strategy, product, productivity and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and intermediate experience with Business Intelligence tools, e.g. PowerBi or Tableau
  • Preferred project management certifications (e.g.: PMP, agile and scrum)
  • Preferred process improvement certification (e.g.: yellow belt, green belt, lean)
