We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMP Trainer to join our team full-time. 

As a Project Management Professional (PMP) Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging PMP training sessions. 

PMI certification is mandatory. 

The ideal candidate must be bilingual, with proficiency in both English and another language, to cater to a diverse group of learners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions in PMP, following established curriculum and materials.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.
• Adapt training techniques and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.
• Provide expert guidance and support to learners, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the training process.
• Assess learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation methods.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the PMP domain, incorporating relevant updates into the training content.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and improve existing training materials.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development as a trainer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Strong expertise and practical experience in PMP.
• PMI certification (PMP or other relevant certifications) is mandatory.
• Proven experience delivering PMP training programs or workshops to diverse audiences.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish rapport with learners and create a positive learning environment.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
