We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated female Catering Coordinator to oversee the preparation and execution of our prestigious catering events. The ideal candidate will act as a key ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our high standards are consistently represented. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in managing catering operations, staff, and resources, ensuring every event is seamless and memorable for our clients.
Skills
Welcome and greet clients during tasting sessions alongside the Marketing & B2B Manager.
Maintain communication with clients, both digitally (telecommunications, WhatsApp) and in-person, to meet all catering needs.
Prepare official proposals, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and invoices in accordance with company policies.
Supervise and manage catering teams, including servers, baristas, and drivers, before, during, and after events.
Communicate with guests and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
Respond to client requests promptly and efficiently.
Organize event timelines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure proper setup of tables, products, and equipment at events.
Oversee the timely processing and delivery of food orders from the kitchen.
Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to meet event needs.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure all products, menus, and staff are in place.
Oversee catering and kitchen staff during events.
Schedule and maintain adequate staffing for all events.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times (no uniform required for non-catering duties).
