Key Job Accountabilities
• Ensure that all manpower mobilization and demobilization process and arrangements are well managed in a timely manner and in compliance with NOC rules and policies
• Ensure that relocations arrangements to various project work locations are properly and timely managed
• Ensure that manpower database is updated and maintained at all times
• Ensure that logistics arrangements including for offshore visits/rotation are timely arrangements
• Ensure efficient communication with all other client entities specially GS, IT and C&P
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in manpower coordination
• Experience in Offshore O&G industry
• Competence in use of MS Office applications like Excel, Word and Power Point,
• knowledge of MS Access preferred
• Good Communication skills and fluency in English
