Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and maintenance legacy Retail system integration with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR,INV).
  2. Conduct system requirement gathering, prepare high-level and low-level design documents, and oversee the deployment of the integration with Oracle Financials modules.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate ERP systems with legacy data, ensuring seamless data conversions using interfaces, APIs, and relevant tools.
  4. Assist in the creation of detailed user manuals and deliver user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of ERP Integration solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to Oracle ERP-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and integration between Oracle ERP modules and other systems such as APEX and middleware tools.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle ERP developments and best practices, continuously improving system performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CMA preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an ERP Financial Consultant.
  • Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations and two upgrades/support projects in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
  • Expertise in ERP Financial Modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation (CM).


Skills

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in data conversion and integration from legacy systems using interfaces, APIs, and related tools.
  • Expertise in drafting high-level and low-level design documents and managing deployment documentation.
  • Basic technical background and familiarity with PL/SQL, TOAD, Oracle APEX, and middleware tools.


Certifications (Preferred):

  • Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist (GL, AP, AR).
  • PMP certifications.
